Weld Australia advocates for policies and practices that promote equitable access and working conditions for women entering trades employment, particularly in the welding sector. As part of our lobbying and advocacy activities, we are working towards establishing a framework for policymakers, peak bodies, and industry to develop programs and initiatives that encourage women at all career stages to consider trades as an option.
